Corgan is actively recruiting Strategy & Design students interested in a Workplace Strategy internship to join the firm in our Dallas office for Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of highly motivated individuals who are ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member loves problem solving and is progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

 

Responsibilities

 

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the collection, analysis and documentation of client programming data and completed project benchmarking.
  • Participate in internal efforts related to brainstorming and development of workplace strategies, project programming and space planning.
  • Assist in the preparation for and documentation of client engagements including visioning sessions, interviews, observations and strategy sessions.
  • Assist in the production of client deliverables.
  • Opportunities to participate in community service events, team happy hours, lunch and learns from industry experts, our weekly design presentations at Forum, and other fun events!

 

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • This is an in-office position
  • Pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Strategy or related fields
  • Written and visual communication skills appropriate for a professional environment
  • Familiarity with Revit, Powerpoint, Excel and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
  • Collaborative work style and careful attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proactive, positive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
