Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in Dallas. Comprised of excellent communicators and enthusiastic problem-solvers, our marketers are committed to internal client service, poised under the pressure of fast-paced deadlines and have a positive, flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a team player, a problem solver, and a self-starter. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is eager to learn through supporting the team in various capacities. The position will require a variety of short-term and long-term assignments, therefore strong time management and organization skills are essential.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to the maintenance of resources and systems including CRM, the resource library, and OpenAsset
  • Creating branded marketing materials utilizing existing InDesign and PowerPoint templates
  • Supporting the coordination and production of materials, including the response to RFQ/Ps and presentation development
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to craft compelling project narratives
  • Helping to identify strategic targets related to social media, developing plans, creating and scheduling content for publishing on various platforms

Qualifications

  • This role is an in-office position - must be local to Dallas
  • Proficiency in InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Cloud is required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Possesses impeccable organizational and time management skills
  • Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication
  • Excels in relationship building, intra-personal skills and collaboration
  • A proactive, resourceful, self-starter who can easily multi-task against deadlines
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry is a bonus!

 

Pursuing a degree in marketing or related field is required, along with a desire to work in a dynamic firm with a team-focused and energetic atmosphere.

 

This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
